河北省农业经营主体高质量发展现状 存在问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of High Quality Development of Main Body of Agricultual Management in Hebei Province

近年来河北省大力支持农业经营主体的高质量发展,并取得了显著的成效,但仍然存在规模化经营程度发展滞后等问题,提出加大政策扶持力度,增强经营主体高质量发展活力;加大领头雁培养计划,提升经营主体高质量发展动力;加强科技服务能力建设,打造经营主体高质量发展环境;组建全产业链联合生产体,构建经营主体高质量发展体系的对策。

In recent years,Hebei Province has strongly supported the high quality development of agricultural business entities and achieved significant results.However,there are still problems lagged development of scale operation level that need to be addressed.The countermeasures are proposed including increasing policy support and enhancing the vitality of high-quality development of business entities,increasing the training plan for lead-ers and enhancing the driving force for high quality development of business entities,strengthening the construc-tion of technological service capabilities and creating a high quality development environment for business enti-ties,establishing a full industry chain joint production entity and constructing a high-quality development system for business entities.
