新疆农村居民社区居家养老服务选择意愿及影响因素分析

Analysis of Willingness and Influencing Factors of Rural Residents to Choose Community Home-based Elderly Care Services in Xinjiang

基于712份实地调研数据,采用二元Logit回归模型,对新疆农村居民的农村社区居家养老服务选择意愿及影响因素进行分析。结果表明:(1)民族、子女数量、在本村是否拥有土地在0.05水平上显著负向影响新疆农村居民社区居家养老服务选择意愿,即民族为汉族、子女数量越少、没有土地的受访者更愿意接受农村社区养老服务。(2)性别、婚姻、年收入水平、是否了解或参与农村社区养老在0.05水平上显著正向影响新疆农村居民社区居家养老服务选择意愿,即男性、未婚或分居、年收入水平越高、了解或参与过农村社区养老服务的受访者更愿意接受农村社区养老服务;年龄、是否有子女在城市生活、居住方式、是否有设施场所、是否患有慢性病在0.1水平显著正向影响新疆农村居民社区居家养老服务选择意愿,即年龄越大、有子女在城市生活、所在村庄的相应基础设施完善、患有慢性病的受访者更愿意接受农村社区养老服务。提出分区分级规划设置养老服务设施、建立健全的居家养老服务网络、积极培育居家养老服务企业和机构对策。

Based on 712 field survey data,a binary Logit regression model was used to analyze the willingness and influencing factors of rural residents to choose community home-based elderly care services in Xinjiang.The results indicated that:(1)ethnic group,number of children,and ownership of land in the village had a sig-nificant negative impact on the willingness of rural residents to choose home-based elderly care services at the 0.05 level.That is,respondents with Han ethnicity,fewer children,and no land are more willing to accept ru-ral community elderly care services.(2)Gender,marriage,annual income level,and whether understanding or participating in rural community elderly care had a significant positive impact on the willingness of rural residents to choose community home-based elderly care services at the 0.05 level.That is,male,unmarried or separation,with higher annual income levels,and having knowledge or participating in rural community elderly care services are more willing to accept rural community elderly care services.Age,children living in urban areas or not,living style,availability of facilities,and suffering from chronic diseases or not had significant positive impact on the willingness of rural residents to choose community-based elderly care services at the 0.1 level.That is,the older the age,children living in urban areas,improved corresponding infrastructure in the village,and suf-fering from chronic diseases are more willing to accept rural community elderly care services.The countermea-sures were proposed to zoning and grading planning,setting up elderly care service facilities,establishing and improving home-based elderly care service net-works,and actively cultivating home-based elderly care service enterprises and institutions.
