中量元素水溶肥施用方式和浓度对白菜产量及品质的影响

Effects of Application Methods and Concentrations of Medium Element Water Soluble Fertilizer on Yield and Quality of Chinese Cabbage

摘要 为了探明中量元素水溶肥在白菜上的适宜施肥方式和施用浓度,通过田间小区试验,白菜施肥方式设叶面喷施和根部灌施2种,中量元素水溶肥稀释倍数均设500、700、1 000和1 500倍计4个水平,以施用等量清水为对照(CK),研究了不同施肥方式和浓度对白菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施有利于提高叶片Mg含量,但2种不同施肥方式的平均Mg含量差异不显著;根部施肥可以显著提高叶片Ca含量,老叶平均提高了17.76%,嫩叶平均提高了16.67%;不同施肥浓度下,施用700倍稀释液效果最好,叶片可溶性糖含量最大为6.40%,产量最高为166 500.0 kg/hm^(2)。2种施肥方式均可以提高白菜产量和品质,其中叶面喷施700倍稀释液时白菜产量和品质均为最佳。 In order to explore the suitable fertilization method and concentration of medium element water solu-ble fertilizer on Chinese cabbage,the field plot experiment was conducted.Two fertilization methods were set for Chinese cabbage(foliar spraying and root irrigation).The dilution ratios of medium element water soluble fertilizer were set at four levels(500,700,1000 and 1500 times).The effects of different fertilization meth-ods and concentrations on the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage were studied using equal amounts of water as control(CK).The results showed that foliar spraying was beneficial for increasing the Mg content in leaves,but the average Mg content difference between the two fertilizer application methods was not significant.Root fertilization can significantly increase the Ca content in leaves,with an increase of 17.76%in old leaves and 16.67%in young leaves.Under different fertilization concentrations,the best effect was achieved by apply-ing a dilution solution of 700 times,with a maximum soluble sugar content of 6.40%in leaves and a maximum yield of 166500.0 kg/hm^(2).Both fertilization methods can improve the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage,a-mong which the yield and quality were the best when 700 times the dilution is sprayed on the leaves.
