11种环境友好型杀虫剂对金银花蚜虫的室内和田间效果评价

摘要 为了筛选出对金银花蚜虫防治效果高的环境友好型杀虫剂,采用浸渍法和喷雾法,分别测定了11种环境友好型杀虫剂(生物药剂4种,矿物油药剂1种,高效低毒化学药剂6种)对金银花蚜虫的室内生物活性和田间防治效果。室内测定结果表明:4种生物药剂、97%矿物油乳油以及化学药剂50%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂100 mg/L和10%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂100 mg/L对金银花蚜虫表现出较高的生物活性,药剂处理后72 h校正死亡率均高于90%。田间测定结果表明:除0.5%藜芦碱可溶液剂药后7 d防效达到79.80%外,其他3种生物农药和97%矿物油乳油的防效均低于40%;而化学药剂50%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂和10%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂仍对该蚜虫保持较高的活性,药后7 d防效分别达到99.89%和99.83%。综合来看,50%氟啶虫胺腈悬浮剂和10%氟啶虫胺腈水分散粒剂可优先推荐用于田间金银花蚜虫的防治,而生物制剂的应用技术还有待进一步完善。 In order to screen out environment-friendly insecticides with high control effect on honeysuckle aphids,the indoor biological activities and field control effects of 11 environment-friendly insecticides(4 biolog-ical agents,1 mineral oil agent,and 6 highly effective and low toxic chemical agents)against honeysuckle aphids were measured by immersion method and spray method.The indoor test results showed that four biologi-cal agents,97%mineral oil EC,and chemical agents of 50%fipronil SC 100 mg/L and 10%fipronil WG 100 mg/L showed high biological activities against honeysuckle aphids.The corrected mortality rate after 72 h of treatment was higher than 90%.The results of field measurements showed that,except for the control effect of 0.5%resveratrol SL 7 days after treatmeat,which reached 79.80%,the control effects of the other three biopesticides and 97%mineral oil EC were all lower than 40%.However,the chemical agents of 50%fipronil SC and 10%fipronil WG still maintained high activities against the aphid,with control effects reaching 99.89%and 99.83%,respectively 7 days after treatment.Overall,50%fluazifon SC and 10%fluazifon WG can be preferentially recommended for the control of honeysuckle aphids in the field,while the application technology of biological agents still needs further improvement.
