我国情商研究热点与前沿——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

Hotspots and Frontiers of Emotional Intelligence Research in China——Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace

情商是指对情绪、情感的作用的研究,它是指对情感性问题进行处理的能力。当前,情商的重要性在社会生活中逐步体现。因此,为了更好地了解情商领域的研究热点与前沿,有必要对相关文献进行梳理分析。基于此,文章通过选取CNKI数据库中1994—2022年间北大核心和CSSCI来源的1221篇我国情商研究领域的文献,借助CiteSpace可视化软件绘制我国情商研究图谱,探讨研究热点及前沿。结果显示,研究热点为大学生、情商教育、情商培养等内容;研究前沿体现在情绪智力、情绪劳动、护士和中介效应等方面。最后提出情商领域未来研究展望,给出一些有针对性的建议,以期推动我国情商进一步研究。

Emotional intelligence refers to the quality of perceiving one's own and others'emotions,and being able to experience,make emotional assessments,and then regulate one's own feelings,regulate the emotions of others,etc.,emotional intelligence can be accumulated and improved in social life and personal experience.At present,the importance of emotional intelligence is gradually reflected in social life.Therefore,in order to better understand the research hotspots and frontiers in the field of emotional intelligence,it is necessary to sort out and analyze the relevant literature,so that scholars can have an in-depth understanding of the development trend of the field and provide reference for subsequent more in-depth research.Based on this,this paper selects 1221 literature in the field of emotional intelligence research in China from the core and CSSCI sources of Peking University from 1994 to 2022 in the CNKI database,analyzes the literature in the field of emotional intelligence in China with the help of CiteSpace visualization software.This paper mainly starts from the perspective of literature analysis,organizes,and summarizes the relevant literature in core journals,sorts out the development status of emotional intelligence research in China,analyzes the status,hot spots and frontiers of emotional intelligence research in China,and explores the development direction in order to provide reference for further research on emotional intelligence.In future research,relevant literature resources should be further expanded,the level of relevant research should be improved,and a solid foundation should be laid for further in-depth research on emotional intelligence.In general,in addition to the problems discussed in the existing literature,there are still some shortcomings that need to be improved,and some new problems that may appear in the future still need to be explored by subsequent scholars.
