摘要
人力资源决策的效率和质量决定了人力资源管理各项工作能否顺利开展,并最终影响企业战略目标的达成。近些年得益于大数据、人工智能等数智化技术的发展和应用,企业人力资源管理理念和管理模式逐步发生改变。本文从分析传统人力资源决策面临的困境入手,结合数智化的发展阶段,探讨了数智化应用为人力资源决策带来的机会与挑战。进而分析了在人力资源管理实践中,如何抓住机会科学合理地利用数智化技术,提升人力资源决策的有效性,以期为企业人力资源决策的优化提供借鉴。
The efficiency and quality of human resource decision-making determine whether the work of human resource management can be carried out smoothly,and ultimately affect the achievement of enterprise strategic goals.In recent years,thanks to the development and application of digital intelligence technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,the concept and mode of human resource management in enterprises have gradually changed.This paper analyzes the difficulties faced by traditional human resource decision-making,and combines with the development stage of digital intelligence to discuss the opportunities and challenges brought by the application of digital intelligence for human resource decision-making.Then,it explores how to seize the opportunity to use digital intelligence technology scientifically and rationally in the practice of human resource management to improve the effectiveness of human resource decision-making.This paper can provide reference for the optimization of human resource decision-making in enterprises.
