This study delves into the importance,existing problems,and design strategies of financial outsourcing practical teaching based on work processes.First,it elaborates the importance of financial outsourcing practical teaching based on work processes in enhancing vocational skills,cultivating problem-solving abilities,promoting interdisciplinary learning,and enhancing employment competitiveness.Then,it provides an in-depth analysis of potential issues that may arise during the implementation process,such as insufficient resources,difficulty in ensuring privacy and security,differences in student skill levels,and difficulty in carrying out practical work.Finally,we propose a set of design strategies,including clarifying learning objectives,selecting appropriate practical cases,establishing cooperative relationships with the industry,developing differentiated teaching strategies,designing regular evaluation mechanisms,etc.,hoping to provide new perspectives and methods for financial outsourcing practical teaching.
