电动汽车行星变速器振动特性分析与优化

摘要 以某电动汽车行星齿轮变速器为例开展振动特性研究,运用多体动力学方法建立变速器系统动力学模型,从内部激励的角度分析行星级齿轮副的振动状态;运用正交试验的方法确定了齿轮微观修形最佳方案;通过优化对比可知,修形后的齿轮改善了轮齿的啮合状态,明显降低了系统的声振响应,为变速器振动、噪声与声振粗糙度(NVH)优化设计提供借鉴。 Taking the planetary gear transmission of an electric vehicle as an example,the vibration characteristics were studied.The dynamic model of the transmission system was established by using the multi-body dynamics method.The vibration state of the planetary gear pair was analyzed from the perspective of internal excitation.The optimal scheme of gear micro-modification was determined by orthogonal tests.Through optimization and comparison,it can be seen that the modified gear improves the meshing state of the gear teeth and significantly reduces the acoustic vibration response of the system,which provides reference for the optimization design of transmission noise,vibration and harshness(NVH).
