脂联素检测方法的研究进展

摘要 脂肪组织是目前公认的重要内分泌器官,能够分泌大量与内分泌系统相关的细胞因子,可以调节多种生理功能。脂联素(ADPN)是一种脂肪细胞分泌的细胞因子(血浆激素蛋白),是人体含量最丰富的脂肪因子,它具有抗炎、抗高血糖及抗动脉粥样硬化等作用。临床研究证实肥胖症患者血清ADPN水平降低,而低ADPN血症是代谢综合征的风险因素,其与动脉粥样硬化、高血压和冠心病的发病密切相关。因此,快速准确的ADPN定量检测方法对于代谢性疾病的诊断和治疗至关重要。本综述旨在对ADPN定量检测方法的原理、精密度、线性范围、参考区间等方法学指标,进行描述和对比,以及对目前常用方法的优点和局限性进行分析,并为ADPN的研究、生产和临床应用提供参考,为临床代谢综合征、2型糖尿病和心血管疾病风险评估提供依据。 Adipose tissue is currently recognized as an important endocrine organ that can secrete a large number of cytokines related to the endocrine system and regulate a variety of physiological functions.Adiponectin(ADPN)is a plasma hormone protein secreted by adipocytes and is the most prevalent adipokine in the human body.It possesses anti-inflammatory,anti-hyperglycemic,and anti-atherosclerotic properties.Clinical studies have confirmed that obesity is correlated with decreased serum ADPN levels,hypo-ADPNaemia,and increased risk for metabolic syndrome,atherosclerosis,hypertension,and coronary heart disease.Consequently,rapid and accurate quantitative ADPN assays are essential for the diagnosis and treatment of metabolic diseases.The purpose of this review is to evaluate and contrast the principles,precision,linear range,reference intervals,and other methodological parameters of ADPN quantitative assays.Furthermore,it aims to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the methods currently in use.The goals is to provide references for research,production,and clinical application of ADPN for clinical metabolic syndrome,type 2 diabetes,and cardiovascular disease risk assessment.
