The rapid development of a new generation of information technology is reshaping the traditional education structure and education form,and smart education has become a global consensus on educational reform,which provides a new driving force for the fair and high-quality development of the right to education.However,based on the thinking of system theory,it can be found that the existing path of protecting the right to education can no longer adapt to the development situation of smart education.At present,the right to education is not only constrained by the external environment of the smart education system,such as regional gaps,limitations in technological development,capital speculation,and lack of supervision,but also by the risk of imbalance between instrumental rationality and value rationality caused by insufficient endogenous power within the education system.It is necessary to promote the transformation of concepts and delineate the bottom line of technology to maintain people-oriented values;Optimize institutional supply and create a scientific and standardized rights protection system;Revitalize the supervision mechanism,strengthen the implementation of responsibilities,and do a good job in risk prevention and control;Improve institutional efficiency and promote the two-way development of“outreach and internal training”to help smart education truly become an educational well-being enjoyed by everyone.
