坚持社会主义办学方向,深入推进高校党建与业务工作有机融合,既是新时代党的建设与时俱进发展的要求,更是高校事业得以科学发展的思想保障、政治保障和组织保障。当前高校党建与业务工作融合中普遍存在党建功能弱化、精准协调融通不畅、评价激励作用不足等问题,对此,要在强化高校党建引领、准确把握党建与业务工作融合内涵、以高校事业发展成果检验党建工作成效的原则下,有效利用党建与业务工作的辩证关系特点,推进两者有机融合,以高质量党建工作引领高校教育事业高质量发展。
