媒介化社会语境下公文传播对乡村治理的影响研究

A Study on the Influence of Official Document Communication on Rural Governance in the Context of Mediated Society

新媒介的层出不穷,让信息化、数字化成为人们日常生活的代名词。在此媒介化社会的背景下,利用新媒介如微信等进行公文传播从而实现乡村的有效治理,已成为乡村地区村组干部日常工作的新方式。本研究以被评为“四川省乡村治理示范村”的会理市三元村为对象,以其乡村微信群中疫情防控信息的公文传播现象为例,发现公文传播对乡村治理在高效传达、权力说服、集体行动三方面所具有的利弊和影响,并讨论未来公文传播过程中更有效进行乡村治理的实践路径。

The proliferation of new media has made information and digitalization synonymous with daily life.In this mediated society,using new media like WeChat for official document communication to achieve effective rural governance has become a new method for village cadres.This study focuses on Sanyuan Village in Huili City,awarded"Sichuan Province's Model Village for Rural Governance."It examines the phenomenon of official document communication in the village's WeChat group during pandemic prevention and control,assessing the advantages and disadvantages of this approach in efficient communication,persuasive power,and collective action.The study also discusses practical pathways for more effective rural governance through official document communication in the future.
