加强年轻干部管理的实践路径研究

RESEARCH ON PRACTICAL PATHS TO STRENGTHEN THE MANAGEMENT OF YOUNG CADRES

党的十八大以来,各级党组织在加强年轻干部管理过程中强化了制度建设与制度约束、考核工作与结果运用、监督手段与容错纠错、警示教育与以案促改等措施的运用,有力提升了年轻干部的工作能力和水平。然而,目前在年轻干部管理方面仍然存在一定的问题,影响了年轻干部管理的效果。加强年轻干部管理工作应从多个方面着手,通过加强教育培训、实践锻炼、纪律教育等做实年轻干部理想信念教育;通过政治监督、日常管理、扩宽渠道等健全年轻干部监督体系;通过遵循成长规律、健全严管体系、营造厚爱环境等完善年轻干部管理机制,着力构建健全完善的年轻干部管理工作闭环体系。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,party organizations at all levels have strengthened the construction and constraints of systems,the use of assessment work and results,the use of supervision and error correction,warning education and the promotion of reform through cases in the process of strengthening the management of young cadres,which has effectively improved the work ability and level of young cadres.However,there are still problems in the management of young cadres,such as the need to strengthen ideological awareness,the lack of perfect system construction,and the lack of precise supervision and management measures,which have affected the effectiveness of strengthening the management of young cadres.Therefore,the management of young cadres should be strengthened from three aspects:education,supervision,and management.This can be achieved by strengthening education and training,practical exercises,and disciplinary education to implement the education of young cadres'ideals and beliefs;by improving the political supervision,daily management,and expanding channels to establish a sound supervision system for young cadres;and by following the law of growth,improving the strict management system,creating a caring environment,and improving the management mechanism of young cadres,to build a sound and perfect closed-loop management system for young cadres.
