摘要
针对热轧H型钢出现的麻面问题,通过观察缺陷的宏观和微观形貌,分析麻面缺陷形成的原因为轧制过程中氧化铁皮未及时去除、压入产品表面,轧制压缩比小、晶粒未充分细化产生。因此提出了采用优化加热工艺、修改开坯和万能轧制规程、增加除鳞装置和成分设计等方法,有效控制热轧H型钢麻面缺陷,提高了产品表面质量和客户满意度。
In view of the problem of pitted surface of hot-rolled H-shaped steel,by observing the macroscopic and microscopic morphology of the defects,it was analyzed that the causes of pitted surface defects were not timely removed from the pressed product surface during rolling,the rolling compression ratio was small,and the grain was not sufficiently refined.Therefore,the methods of optimizing heating process,modifying preforming and universal rolling procedures,adding phosphorus removal device and composition design are put forward to effectively control the surface defects of hot-rolled H-shaped steel,improve product surface quality and customer satisfaction.
