稀油密封型煤气柜在稳定钢铁企业煤气管网压力、平衡煤气系统调节中作用明显,通过对煤气柜进出口管道上阀门开度的控制实现煤气的吞吐。稀油密封型煤气柜通常设置一根进出口管道及相关阀门,依靠阀门的开关来实现煤气柜的充气和吐气功能。为满足煤气柜错峰发电的需求,最大限度地发挥气柜的储气能力,通过对煤气柜进出口管道阀门的改造,实现了煤气柜柜容精准控制,探索煤气柜运行的极限,增强气柜调节管网压力的能力。

Cylindrical shell type gasholder plays a crucial role in stabilizing the pressure of the gas pipeline network and balancing the regulation of the gas system in iron and steel enterprises.The gas throughput is realized through the control of valve opening on the inlet and outlet pipe.Cylindrical shell type gasholder is equipped with a regulating valve at the inlet and outlet pipe,which relies on the switch of the regulating valve to complete the inflation and exhalation of the gas holder.In order to meet the company's demand for off-peak power generation,maximize the gas storage capacity of the gas tank,through the renovation of the gas holder pipeline,precise control of the gas holder capacity is achieved,exploring the limits of gas holder operation,and enhancing the gas holder's ability to regulate pipeline pressure.
