共同体意识助推共同富裕的逻辑机理与实现路径

Logical Mechanism and Realization Path of Community Sense in Boosting Common Prosperity

当代社会处于流变与重组之中,个体在追求利益最大化的同时,也满怀对安全感、归属感的强烈渴望,这是共同体构建的基础。重新培育异质性社会中的共同体意识,实现行动构建与共同体的再次超越和新赋义,有利于助推共同富裕目标的实现。以共识为逻辑起点,共建为中介,共富为行动目标,通过构建以“共识—共建—共富”为体系的共同体意识促进共同富裕实现的分析框架,探寻两者相辅相成、同频共振的内在逻辑与作用机理,探索出以共同体意识助推共同富裕的实现路径。共识通过强化价值认同与利益认同,凝聚思想共识建立利益联结;共建通过多元主体协同参与,盘活资源实现融合发展;共富通过提升成员致富能力,促进财富合理分配,实现收益福利共享,最终助推共同富裕目标的实现。

Contemporary society is in a state of transformation and restructuring.While individu-als pursue maximum benefits,they are filled with a strong desire for a sense of security and belong-ing,which is the foundation of community construction.Re-cultivating community sense in a heteroge-neous society and realizing the transcendence and new meaning of action construction and community will help to achieve the goal of common prosperity.Taking consensus as the logical starting point,joint construction as the intermediary,and common prosperity as the action goal,this study explores the internal logic and mechanism of mutual complementarity and resonance of the two by building an analytical framework of“consensus-joint construction-common prosperity”as the system of community sense to promote the realization of common prosperity,and proposes a path to common prosperity with community sense.Consensus establishes interest connections by strengthening value identification and interest identification,and consolidating ideological consensus.Joint construction achieves integrat-ed development through the collaborative participation of multiple entities and the revitalization of re-sources.The goal of common prosperity is ultimately boosted by enhancing the ability of members to become rich,promoting the rational distribution of wealth,and realizing the sharing of benefits.
