文化思政是以立德树人为目标、以中华优秀文化为主要载体培养符合主流意识形态的政治观念、价值取向的思想政治教育。将中华优秀传统文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化以及高校优秀校本文化与思想政治教育有机融合,可有效实施文化思政,并与课程思政、专业思政协同,构建新时代高校思政工作的新格局。

Cultural ideological and political education aims to cultivate political concepts and val-ues that are in line with mainstream ideology,with the goal of cultivating morality and talents and the main carrier of excellent Chinese culture.The organic integration of excellent traditional Chinese culture,revolutionary culture,advanced socialist culture,and excellent school-based culture in colleg-es and universities with ideological and political education can effectively implement cultural ideologi-cal and political education,and coordinate with ideological and political education in curriculum and specialized ideological and political education to build a new pattern of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era.
