北京地区健康成人LC-MS/MS法测定血浆25-羟维生素D参考区间的建立

摘要 目的建立北京地区健康成人采用液相色谱串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)法检测血浆25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]的参考区间。方法选择2022年1-12月于北京航天总医院进行体检的健康成人作为研究对象,其中男1083例,女1062例。采用LC-MS/MS法对研究对象进行血浆25(OH)D水平检测。依据美国临床和实验室标准化协会C28-A3的要求,建立25(OH)D的参考区间。结果健康成年男性血浆25(OH)D水平[16.70(12.50,22.00)ng/mL]高于健康成年女性血浆25(OH)D水平[15.90(11.50,21.90)ng/mL],差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.310,P<0.05)。青年组、中年组、老年组血浆25(OH)D水平分别为16.40(11.90,21.30)、16.90(12.70,22.85)﹑15.90(11.40,21.40)ng/mL,组间比较差异有统计学意义(H=7.224,P<0.05)。将健康成年男、女性血浆25(OH)D水平参考区间以60岁为界分别设定,以参考分布的2.5%和97.5%百分位数为参考下限和上限,男性≤60岁:6.97~37.03 ng/mL,>60岁:5.44~38.21 ng/mL。女性≤60岁:7.02~35.82 ng/mL,>60岁:5.92~38.40 ng/mL。对该研究建立的血浆25(OH)D水平参考区间进行验证,结果符合WS/T 402-2012标准。结论初步建立了北京市健康成人血浆25(OH)D的参考区间,为临床诊疗提供依据。
