摘要
斯特林制冷是红外探测器的主流制冷方式,回热器是实现斯特林制冷的关键部件。针对回热器组装工艺特点,分析了存在的问题,提出了研制全闭环柔性填网系统的必要性。阐述了该系统组成和设计原理,解决了精密地冲网和全闭环柔性填网核心技术,为红外探测组件的批量化生产及应用提供了重要支撑。
Stirling refrigeration is the main cooling method of infrared detector,and the regenerator is the key component to realize Stirling refrigeration.According to the characteristics of regenerator assembly process,the existing problems are analyzed,and the necessity of developing full closed loopflexiblefilling system is put forward.The composition and design principle of the system are described,and the core technologies of precisely punching and full closed loopflexiblefilling are solved,which provides important support for mass production and application of infrared detection components.
