具有电压尖峰抑制能力的高增益Y源逆变器

摘要 针对传统Y源逆变器器件电压、电流应力过高,产生直流链电压尖峰的问题,提出了一种新型Y源逆变器。逆变器的新型Y源结构可有效减小器件电压、电流应力,附加的L、C、D缓冲电路既能提升电压增益,还可有效抑制直流链电压尖峰。分析了改进型Y源逆变器直流母线电压尖峰产生的原因、新型Y源逆变器电压尖峰抑制的原理,并由数学推导证实了新型Y源逆变器存在抑制电压尖峰的工作过程。在器件应力方面将新型Y源逆变器与改进型Y源逆变器的进行对比,证明了新型Y源逆变器的稳态性能。最后,搭建了新型Y源逆变器与改进型Y源逆变器的实验样机,实验所得数据与理论分析相符,证明了理论分析的正确性和新型逆变器的可行性。 In order to solve the problem of too high voltage and current stress of the power device and salient DC-link voltage spikes of the traditional Y-source inverter,a new type of Y-source inverter is proposed.The new Y-source structure of the inverter can effectively reduce the voltage and current stress of the device.The additional L,C and D buffer circuits can not only improve the voltage gain,but also effectively restrain the DC-link voltage spike.The causes of DC-link voltage spike of the Y-source inverter and the principle of DC-link voltage spike suppression of the new Y-source inverter are analyzed.The working process of restraining voltage spike of the new Y-source inverter is confirmed by mathematical derivation.In terms of component stress,the comparison between the new Y-source inverter and the improved Y-source inverter proves the steady-state performance of the new Y-source inverter.Finally,the experimental prototypes of the novel Y-source inverter and the improved Y-source inverter are built,and the experimental data are consistent with the theoretical analysis,which proves the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the new inverter.
