三线建设铸牢西南地区中华民族共同体的途径和成效——以凉山州冕宁县沙坝地区发展为例

Pathways and Effects of Third-Front Construction in Building a Solid Chinese National Community in Southwest China:A Case Study of Regional Development in Shaba District Mianning County of Liangshan Autonomous Prefecture

三线建设是新中国成立以来一场规模宏大、影响深远、意义重大的经济和国防建设,西南少数民族地区是三线建设的重点区域,三线建设不仅促进了该地区经济社会的全面发展,而且从多途径铸牢了中华民族共同体意识。本文以多民族聚居的凉山州冕宁县沙坝地区为例,阐述三线建设铸牢中华民族共同体的途径和成效,包括:党的领导在政治上加强了各民族之间的命运联结;工业文明的发展为民族共同体的构建奠定了经济基础;文化交融推动了民族共同体情感的加深;教育的发展为民族共同体的构建提供了人才保障;社会发展不断增强民族共同体构建的稳固性。三线建设与中华民族共同体的构建是彼此成就、相互促进的关系,三线建设在新的文明体系中达成了中华民族共同体意识,其持续铸牢中华民族共同体的途径和方式,在中华民族追求伟大复兴的今天仍然具有积极而重要的意义。

Since the establishment of the People’s Republic of China,the Third Front Construction has been a significant endeavor in economic and national defense development,with a grand scale,profound influence,and great significance.The Southwest China,as an ethnic minority area,has been a key focus of the Third Front Construction.This construction project has not only promoted comprehensive economic and social development in the region but has also fostered a strong sense of national community through various means.This paper takes the Shaba district in Mianning County,Liangshan Autonomous Prefecture,where multiple ethnic groups reside,as an example to illustrate the pathways and effects of the Third Front Construction in strengthening the Chinese national community including the following assertions:the political leadership of the Party has strengthened the interconnectedness between different ethnic groups;the development of industrial civilization has laid an economic foundation for the construction of the national community;cultural integration has fasten the emotional ties of the national community;educational development has provided talent support for the construction of the national community;and social progress has enhanced the stability of the national community construction.The relationship between the Third Front Construction and the construction of the Chinese national community is mutually reinforcing and achieving.The Third Front Construction has effectively solidified the awareness of the Chinese national community within the new system of civilization.Its continuous efforts in strengthening the Chinese national community still hold positive and significant implications in the pursuit of China’s great rejuvenation.
