城乡融合发展视域下农村精神文明建设的现实困境及突破路径

推动城乡融合发展与农村精神文明建设是新时代党和国家的重要部署。在城乡融合发展视角下推动农村精神文明建设,既体现马克思主义关于城乡融合理论的要求,又对于深化农村精神文明建设具有现实意义。但农村地区精英群体的流失、新兴科技技术的相对落后、传统文化的丢失、生态环境治理的弱化,成为精神文明建设层面城乡融合的羁绊。面对客观形势,以城乡融合发展为导向,依托党建引领、数字赋能、城乡互哺、共建共享,进而夯实精神文明组织基础、创新精神文明平台支撑、厚植精神文明文化底蕴、筑牢精神文明生态屏障,开创农村精神文明建设新局面。

Promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas and the construction of rural spiritual civilization is an important deployment of the Party and the country in the new era.Promoting the construction of rural spiritual civilization from the perspective of integrated development of urban and rural areas not only embodies the requirements of Marxist theory on integration of urban and rural areas,but also has practical significance for deepening the construction of rural spiritual civilization.However,the loss of elite groups in rural areas,the relative backwardness of emerging science and technology,the loss of traditional culture,and the weakening of ecological environment governance have become the fetters of integration of urban and rural areas at the level of spiritual civilization construction.In the face of the objective situation,guided by the integrated development of urban and rural areas,relying on the guidance of Party building,digital empowerment,urban and rural mutual assisting,co-construction and sharing,we will consolidate the organizational foundation of spiritual civilization,innovate the support of spiritual civilization platform,cultivate the cultural heritage of spiritual civilization,build a strong ecological barrier of spiritual civilization,and create a new situation in the construction of rural spiritual civilization.
