摘要
“一包到底”工艺采用一种具备铁水的承接、运输、缓冲贮存、铁水预处理、转炉兑铁、铁水保温等功能的包(罐),将高炉出来的铁水,在经过必要工艺流程处理后,以不更换铁水包(罐)的生产组织模式,直接兑入转炉内,是目前钢铁工业流程向集中化、简约化、短流程化发展的重要技术。通过提升铁水包周转率和铁水包(罐)与转炉容量匹配等方式,促使高炉到转炉这一过程更加高效、节能、环保。唐钢新区铁水包运输采用“一包到底”和铁水包全程加盖的方式,将铁水进KR站时的铁水温度提高了32℃,减少了敞口铁水包的温降损失,有效降低了铁钢比,兼顾环保要求,CO_(2)减排放量为32 kg/t钢,同时降低环境污染和综合能耗,具有较高的经济、环保和社会效益,使得企业在残酷的市场竞争中富有竞争力和活力,促进了唐钢公司长远发展,为创建花园式绿色工厂提供了有利保障。
The"one ladle to the end"process adopts a ladle(tank)with the functions of undertaking,transportation,buffer storage,pretreatment of molten iron,converter to iron,molten iron insulation,etc.,and the molten iron from the blast furnace is directly mixed into the converter in the production organization mode of not replacing the molten iron ladle(tank)after the necessary process treatment,which is an important technology for the development of centralized,simplified and short-process processes in the iron and steel industry.By improving the turnover rate of the ladle and matching the capacity of the ladle with the converter,the process from blast furnace to converter is more efficient,energy-saving and environmentally friendly.The transportation of molten iron ladle in HBIS Group Tangsteel New Area adopts the method of"one ladle to the end"and the whole process of capping the molten iron ladle,which improves the temperature of the molten iron when it enters the KR station by 32℃,reduces the temperature drop loss of the open ladle,effectively reduces the ratio of iron to steel,takes into account the requirements of environmental protection,reduces CO_(2) emissions by 32 kg/t,and reduces environmental pollution and comprehensive energy consumption at the same time.Environmental protection and social benefits make the enterprise competitive and energetic in the cruel market competition,promote the long-term development of HBIS Group Tangsteel Company,and provide a favorable guarantee for the creation of a garden-style green factory.
