网络学习资源建设正在从高速增长阶段迈向高质量发展阶段,对资源动态更新、持续进化的需求越来越强烈。网络学习资源进化作为一个新兴的、多学科交叉的研究方向,在推动高质量资源建设与科学高效管理方面发挥着重要作用。当前网络学习资源进化,从研究主题来看,主要聚焦资源进化影响因素、进化技术、进化机制、进化规律以及进化预警等方面;从研究方法来看,涉及德尔菲法、社会网络分析、系统动力学仿真、机器学习、微分动力系统、时间序列分析、滞后序列分析以及流程挖掘等方法。尽管近年来,研究者从不同学科视角出发,在网络学习资源进化影响因素、模式、技术以及规律等方面取得了丰硕的研究成果,但从实践效果来看,网络学习资源自身的多样性以及系统的复杂性导致资源进化研究仍存在一些现实难题亟待解决,比如资源进化多模态难题、资源进化数据分析难题、资源进化系统仿真难题以及资源进化规律识别与验证难题等。在新技术与新方法的支持下,未来网络学习资源进化将呈现四大研究趋势,即从文本型资源进化到多模态资源进化、系统动力学指导下的资源进化仿真计算、资源进化质量的动态监测与评估反馈,以及资源关联网络的演化过程与机制。

The construction of e-learning resources is transforming from a high-speed growth phase to a stage of high-quality development,with an increasing demand for dynamic updates and continuous evolution of resources.The evolution of e-learning resources,as an emerging and interdisciplinary research direction,plays a crucial role in promoting the high-quality construction of resources and the efficient scientific management.Currently,the evolution of e-learning resources,in terms of research topics,mainly focuses on factors influencing resource evolution,evolutionary technologies,evolutionary mechanisms,evolutionary patterns,and evolutionary warnings.In terms of research methods,it involves the Delphi method,social network analysis,system dynamics simulation,machine learning,differential dynamic systems,time series analysis,lag sequence analysis and process mining.Although in recent years,researchers from various disciplinary perspectives have achieved fruitful research results in factors,patterns,technologies,and rules affecting the evolution of e-learning resources,the practical effectiveness reveals that there are still some real challenges to be urgently addressed due to the diversity of e-learning resources and the complexity of the system.These challenges include issues such as the multimodal challenges of resource evolution,data analysis challenges in resource evolution,system simulation challenges in resource evolution,and challenges in identifying and verifying the rules of resource evolution.Supported by new technologies and methods,the future evolution of e-learning resources will exhibit four major research trends:evolving from text-based resource to multimodal resource,simulation computation for resource evolution guided by system dynamics,dynamic monitoring and evaluation feedback of resource evolution quality,and the evolution process and mechanisms of resource-associated networks.
