摘要
以氢氧化铝为前体制备了Al_(2)O_(3)载体,以MgO为结构助剂、Ni为活性组分制备了催化剂;采用XRD、N_(2)吸附-脱附、H_(2)-TPR、压汞法对催化剂进行了表征;以对叔丁基苯酚为原料、异丙醇为溶剂,在微型固定床反应器上对催化剂进行评价,考察了Ni负载量、反应温度、压力、液时空速对对叔丁基苯酚选择加氢反应的影响,并考察了催化剂的稳定性。实验结果表明,Ni负载量为30%(w)时,催化剂的选择加氢性能最佳;最佳反应条件为:反应温度160℃、液时空速2.5 h^(-1)、反应压力2 MPa,在此条件下,对叔丁基苯酚转化率可达到96.39%、对叔丁基环己醇的选择性可达到95.68%。在连续反应300 h的过程中,催化剂的稳定性较好。
Al_(2)O_(3) support was prepared using aluminum hydroxide as precursor and catalyst was prepared using MgO as structural promoter and Ni as active component.The catalyst was characterized by XRD,N_(2) adsorption-desorption,H_(2)-TPR,and mercury intrusion methods,and evaluated using 4-tert-butylphenol as raw material and isopropanol as solvent in afixed bed reactor.The effects of Ni loading,reaction temperature,reaction pressure and LHSV on the selective hydrogenation of 4-tert-butylphenol were investigated,and the stability of the catalyst was also investigated.The experimental results show that the hydrogenation performance of the catalyst is the best when Ni loading is 30%(w).The optimal reaction conditions are obtained as follows:reaction temperature 160℃,LHSV 2.5 h^(-1),and reaction pressure 2 MPa.Under the conditions,the conversion of 4-tert-butylphenol can reach 96.39%,and the selectivity to 4-tert-butylcyclohexanol can reach 95.68%.In the process of continuous reaction for 300 h,the stability of the catalyst is good.
