新型阻燃黏弹性修复材料的制备及性能表征

摘要 油气管道和储罐传统修复技术施工复杂、密封防腐易失效且所使用的修复材料易燃,为解决这一问题,采用改性后的Al(OH)3作为填料,苯基膦低聚物(PPPO)作为阻燃剂,并以聚异丁烯(PIB)为基体制备了新型阻燃黏弹性修复材料,并研究了材料的绝缘性能、力学性能、阻燃性能和热稳定性。实验结果表明,50%(w)PIB/42%(w)Al(OH)3/5%(w)PPPO体系的黏弹性修复材料性能较好,绝缘电阻率1.10×10^(8)Ω·m^(2),剪切强度7.8 MPa,冲击强度15.8 J,剥离强度44.5 N/cm,阴极剥离1.01 mm,可通过UL94 V-0级,极限氧指数29.3%。TG分析结果表明,该体系热稳定性增强,N2条件下,800℃时残炭量增大至29.2%。该体系的黏弹性修复材料具有优良的耐化学腐蚀和耐老化性能。 Traditional repair technologies for oil and gas pipelines and tanks are complex in construction,easy to fail in sealing and anti-corrosion,and the repair materials used areflammable.In order to solve these problems,a novelflame retardant viscoelastic repair material was prepared using modified Al(OH)3 asfiller,phenylene phenyl phosphine oligomer(PPPO)asflame retardant,and polyisobutylene(PIB)as matrix.The insulation performance,mechanical properties,flame retardancy and thermal stability of this material were researched.The experimental results indicate that the viscoelastic repair material with 50%(w)PIB/42%(w)Al(OH)3/5%(w)PPPO has good 8 performance,the insulation resistivity is 1.10×10^(8)Ω·m^(2),shear strength is 7.8 MPa,impact strength is 15.8 J,peel strength is 44.5 N/cm,cathodic disbondment is 1.01 mm,can pass UL94 V-0 rating,and its limited oxygen index is 29.3%.TG analysis results show that the thermal stability of the system enhanced and the char residue increases by 29.2%at 800℃in N2.In addition,the viscoelastic repair material prepared performes perfect properties of chemical corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
