摘要
摩擦起电产生的电荷一直难以被有效利用,摩擦纳米发电机(TENG)的提出使摩擦起电产生的电荷的利用变为现实。TENG是一种依靠摩擦起电将环境中的小尺度机械能转化为电能的能量收集与转换器件,结构简单,易于制造,被广泛应用于微小信号检测领域。介绍了TENG的基本原理及常见工作模式,综述了TENG性能评估和优化策略及其在清洁能源、自供电传感等方面的应用成果,并对TENG未来的发展进行了展望。
For a long time,the charge generated by frictional electrification is difficult to be used effectively.The concept of triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)makes utilization of charge generated by frictional electrification become a reality.TENG is an energy collection and conversion device that converts small-scale mechanical energy in the environment into electrical energy by means of triboelectricity.With its simple structure and easy manufacturing,it is widely used in the field of micro signal detection.In this paper,the basic principles,common working modes,performance evaluation and optimization strategy of TENG,as well as its application achievements in clean energy and self-powered sensing are reviewed,and the future development of TENG is also prospected.
