环境与健康素养评估工具的研究进展

Research Progress on Assessment Tools for Environmental Health Literacy

首先回顾国内外环境与健康素养的概念内涵,并对国内外环境与健康素养评估工具的产生背景进行梳理,在明确环境与健康素养概念及环境与健康素养评估工具的产生背景基础上,对国内外5种环境与健康素养评估工具的内容与信效度、居民环境与健康素养水平与影响因素等进行综述,最后,从国内外环境与健康素养评估工具的异同点分析及对我国后续研究的启示两个方面探讨环境与健康素养提升策略,以为践行《健康中国行动(2019—2030)》提出的“2030年我国居民生态环境与健康素养水平要达到25%及以上”目标提供参考和依据。

This paper first reviews the conceptual connotation of environmental health literacy at home and abroad,and combs through the background of environmental health literacy assessment tools both domestically and internationally.Building upon a clear understanding of the concepts and the background of these assessment tools,the paper conducts a comprehensive review of five environmental health literacy assessment tools around the world.The review includes an analysis of their content,reliability,validity,residents'environmental health literacy levels,and influencing factors.Finally,the paper analyzes the similarities and differences between domestic and international environmental health literacy assessment tools.It also discusses strategies for enhancing environmental health literacy,aiming to contribute insights for achieving the goals outlined in"Healthy China Action(2019-2030),"particularly the target of raising the ecological environment and health literacy levels of Chinese residents to 25%or above by 2030.
