疫情吹哨人制度与算法技术的协同

摘要 当前吹哨人制度中获取的疫情数据中存在的瑕疵,应当通过与算法技术的融合,确保疫情的客观真实。但是吹哨人制度与算法技术融合的过程中,产生了获取疫情口径不同、数据统计时间不统一和数据源与数据之间的瑕疵。为了实现疫情吹哨人制度与算法技术的真正融合,需要通过算法技术肯定吹哨人在疫情预警中的合法地位、分析吹哨人信息的真实性与可靠性、保障吹哨人自身的积极性以及吹哨人个人信息的安全。因此,需要对现行吹哨人制度中存在的缺口进行弥补,提升吹哨人制度的针对性和实效性,形成完善的规范体系。 The flaws in the pandemic data obtained in the current whistleblower system should be integrated with algorithm technology to ensure the objective release of pandemic information.However,in the process of integrating the whistleblower system with algorithmic technology,there were defects such as flaws in pandemic data acquisition,inconsistent data statistics times,and discrepancies between data sources and data.In order to truly integrate the whistleblower system with algorithmic technology,it is necessary to affirm the legitimate status of whistleblowers in pandemic alerts through algorithmic technology,analyze the authenticity and reliability of whistleblower information,safeguard the initiative of whistleblowers,and ensure the security of whistleblowers'personal information.Therefore,it is crucial to address the existing gaps in the current whistleblower system,enhance its pertinence and effectiveness,and establish a comprehensive regulatory framework.
