The role and significance of lacquer trees in the Lisu medical culture is profound and diverse.As an important plant resource,lacquer trees provide a variety of practical functions for the Lisu people.In the cognitive understanding and treatment of diseases among the Lisu people,lacquer trees are endowed with spiritual vitality,serving as a full expression of the Lisu people's reverence for life.The corresponding therapeutic rituals are cultural facts that prove the cultural core of the Lisu people's respect for nature and love for all things.Starting from lacquer trees,through in-depth research on their role in Lisu medical culture,this study aims to extrapolate broader insights from specific details.By doing so,the elements of Lisu medical culture become more vivid and concrete,allowing a comprehensive understanding and appreciation of the beauty of Traditional Chinese Medicine culture across time and space within Lisu culture.
