浅谈降低煅烧工序轻灰汽耗方法

摘要 本文就苏盐井神公司在纯碱生产中节能降耗开展探索研究,针对煅烧轻灰生产工序过程中的能耗,通过实施技术改造、应用先进的技术、实施相应管理措施以及工艺指标调整等方法,有效降低了煅烧轻灰汽耗约100kg/t碱。本文提出的相关技术改进和管理细化不仅具有良好的实用性和经济效益,还有效的降低纯碱生产成本,为企业实现“双碳”目标,推进高质量发展之路奠定基础。 This paper explores the energy saving and consumption reduction in the production of soda ash in Suyan Jingshen Company.Aiming at the energy consumption in the production process of calcined light ash,through the implementation of technical transformation,the application of advanced technology,the implementation of corresponding management measures and the adjustment of process indicators,the consumption of calcined light ash steam has been effectively reduced by about 100kg/t of alkali.The relevant technical improvement and management refinement proposed in this paper not only have good practicability and economic benefits,but also effectively reduce the production cost of soda ash,laying a foundation for enterprises to achieve the goal of“double carbon”and promote the road of high-quality development.
