三维重建技术联合健康教育对老年肺癌初诊患者术前焦虑、抑郁状态的影响

Effect of three-dimensional reconstruction technology combined with health education on preoperative anxiety and depression of elderly patients with lung cancer

目的:探究三维重建技术联合健康教育对老年肺癌初诊患者术前焦虑、抑郁状态的影响。方法:选取河南省某三级甲等医院胸外科收治的60例初诊为肺癌并行肺癌根治术的老年患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组接受胸外科常规护理,观察组除常规护理外在术前利用电脑和肺部三维立体图像向患者讲解疾病相关知识。采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评估患者的焦虑、抑郁水平。结果:患者的一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者焦虑自评量表评分和抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维重建技术联合健康教育对于改善老年肺癌初诊患者术前焦虑、抑郁状态有着明显的积极作用,有利于提高患者对疾病的认知度和后续治疗的配合度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explorethe impact of three-dimensional reconstruction technology combined with health education on preoperative anxiety and depression in newly diagnosed lung cancer patients.Methods:Sixty elderly patients who were newlydiagnosed as lung cancer and underwent radical resection of lung cancer in thoracic surgery in a tertiary A-level hospital in Henan province were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care of thoracic surgery,while the observation group used computer and three-dimensional lung images to explain disease related knowledge to patients before surgery in addition to routine nursing care.Use the Self Rating Anxiety Scale and the Self Rating Depression Scale to assess patients'levels of anxiety and depression.Results:There was no significant difference in normoldata of the patients(P>0.05).The scores of self rating Anxiety Scale and self rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of three-dimensional reconstruction technology and health education has a significant positive effect on improving preoperative anxiety and depression in elderly lung cancer patients with newlydiagnosis.It is beneficial for improving patients'awareness of the disease and the coordination of subsequent treatment,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
