大型数控成形磨齿机齿距误差溯源

摘要 齿轮的齿距误差大小直接影响到齿轮在传动过程中的平稳性,而大型数控机床具有自由度多、尺寸大、行程长的特点,对机床中影响齿距精度的误差进行溯源则显得更加关键。以五轴数控机床为研究对象,采用齐次坐标变换矩阵的方法,建立包含机床主要误差的误差传动模型。运用Morris方法对误差源进行溯源分析,得出影响因素较大的误差项。结果表明,通过所建立的误差溯源模型,对磨齿加工过程中的误差项进行溯源分析,可获得关键误差,可为后面的误差补偿提供理论基础。 The pitch error of gears directly affects the stability of gears in the transmission process,and large CNC machine tools have the characteristics of many degrees of freedom,large size and long stroke,so it is more critical to trace the error that affects the pitch accuracy in machine tools.The five-axis CNC machine tool was taken as the research object,and the error transmission model including the main errors of the machine tool was established by using the method of homogeneous coordinate transformation matrix.Morris method was used to trace the source of error,and the error term with great influence factors was obtained.The results show that through the established error traceability model,the error items in the grinding process are analyzed and the key errors are obtained,which can provide a theoretical basis for the later error compensation.
