Nowadays,territorial spatial planning is growing mature,and the village planning is rich and diversified.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically organize characteristics and core elements of village planning under the background of territorial spatial system,which will provide effective theoretical support for village planning.Comparing the process of village planning preparation,implementation and management under the mechanism of urban-rural planning under the territorial spatial system,it is believed that the territorial spatial planning system is characterized by diversified development,which will contribute to multi-type and multi-level distribution of village planning.As a matter of fact,the realization of the whole element and whole area management is related to the practicality and effectiveness of rural planning,which has significant meaning for promoting rural special development and integrating urban-rural public services.
