延安市中心城区停车供需特征研究

Study on the characteristics of parking supplyand demand in central urban area of Yan’an City

随着近几年城市建设的快速发展,停车需求迅速增长,导致停车矛盾日益突出,为了准确地掌握延安市中心城区停车泊位供需现状,对中心城区进行全面的停车设施普查。掌握中心城区停车泊位供需时空分布,构建中心城区停车大数据库,为后续停车信息化管理及治理提供基础资料,并结合中心城区影像图,形成停车资源GIS一张图,用以分析停车设施供需状况,了解停车设施改扩建条件,为停车设施的优化配置、完善管理提供决策依据,为停车交通规划提供数据依据。

With the rapid development of urban construction in recent years,parking demand has increased rapidly,resulting in increasingly prominent parking contradictions.In order to accurately grasp the current situation of parking supply and demand in downtown Yan’an,a comprehensive survey of parking facilities in downtown Yan’an is carried out.Master the spatial and temporal distribution of parking supply and demand in the central urban area,build a large parking database in the central urban area,and provide basic data for the follow-up parking information management and governance.In combination with the image map of the central urban area,a parking resource GIS map is formed to analyze the supply and demand of parking facilities and understand the conditions for the renovation and expansion of parking facilities.It provides decision basis for optimal configuration and perfect management of parking facilities and data basis for parking traffic planning.
