将重点放在了公共与私人界面间的矛盾与约束,这个在城市规划与扩建设计领域中的一个永恒话题上,避开了过去只停留在空间权属关系理论上的研究方法,从公共艺术介入对其进行了讨论与阐释。结合《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强城市规划建设管理工作的若干意见》中“打破壁垒”这一话题,归纳了“缝隙空间”的定位、功能和空间形态的解析与整合的设计思想,公共艺术介入城市界面“缝隙空间”,以围墙的“减法”换来城市景观的“加法”,践行社区生活和城市透绿的双重需求。

This paper focuses on the enduring topic of contradictions and constraints between public and private interfaces in urban planning and extension design.It avoids relying solely on past research methods that revolve around the theory of spatial tenure relations,instead opting to discuss and explain these issues through the lens of public art intervention.It draws upon the guidelines provided by the“Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and State Council on Further Strengthening the Management of urban planning and construction,particularly in relation to”breaking barriers."The paper provides a concise summary of the positioning of the“interstitial spaces”and conducts an analysis of its functional and spatial morphology in the context of public art intervention within the city’s interface.By advocating for the concept of“subtraction”of walls in exchange for the“addition”of cityscape,the paper aims to address the dual needs of the city,ensuring a permeable green environment that fosters harmonious community living.
