螃蟹壳改良疏浚泥抗压强度试验研究初探

摘要 碳达峰与碳中和背景下,废弃泥的资源化利用是土木工程建筑业实现绿色发展的关键举措。探讨了废弃物螃蟹壳在提高高含水率疏浚泥无侧限抗压强度方面的可行性试验研究,分析螃蟹壳的添加对固化高含水率疏浚泥无侧限抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:在相同养护龄期下,含螃蟹壳的固化高含水率疏浚泥与未含螃蟹壳的固化高含水率疏浚泥相比,螃蟹壳的添加会引起疏浚泥无侧限抗压强度的增加,且增加的幅度呈现出伴随螃蟹壳含量的增加而增大的趋势,其中螃蟹壳含量为10%的固化土的增幅最为显著;一定范围内,固化疏浚泥破坏应变伴随螃蟹壳含量增加表现出增加的变化趋势,含螃蟹壳的固化土的破坏应变比不含螃蟹壳的固化土更大,韧性更好。最后,通过拟合曲线分析了含螃蟹壳的固化疏浚淤泥的变形系数与无侧限抗压强度之间定量关系。 Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization,the resource utilization of waste slurry is a key measure to achieve green development for the civil engineering construction industry.The experimental study of crab shells in improving the unconfined compressive strength of dredged slurry with high water content was conducted.The influence of crab-shell addition on the unconfined compressive strength of solidified dredged slurry with high water content was also analyzed.The test results showed that the addition of crab shells would cause the increase of unconfined compressive strength of the solidified dredged slurry with high water content at the same curing age,and the increase amplification of unconfined compressive strength would tend to increase with the increase of crab shell content.Among them,the increase amplification of solidified slurry with 10%crab shell content is most significant.The failure strain of the solidified dredged slurry also showed an increasing trend with increasing the crab-shell contents.The failure strain of solidified soil with crab shells was larger and the toughness is better than that of solidified soil without crab shells.Finally,the quantitative relationship between deformation coefficient and unconfined compressive strength was analyzed by fitting curve.This study could provide a potential possibility in recycling of dredged slurry.
