摘要
目前,建筑物中的普通门窗大多采用断桥铝合金型材拼装而成,产品种类繁多,共同点是连接处未经过处理,门窗在气密性、水密性、机械强度等方面不可避免会有损失。将铝材进行打磨和表面喷涂后制成无缝焊接门窗,使得铝框连接处浑然一体、严丝合缝。通过对两种门窗进行对比试验,表明无缝焊接门窗具有机械强度高、密封性能好、装饰性能佳等诸多优点,将成为门窗发展的新方向。
At present,the traditional doors and windows in the building are generally assembled from aluminum alloy profiles with broken bridges,and there are many kinds of products,doors and windows in the air-tightness,water-tightness,mechanical strength and other aspects will inevitably lose.The aluminum is polished and sprayed to make seamless welding of doors and windows,which makes the joints of the aluminum frame become one and flawless.Through the contrast test of two kinds of doors and windows,it shows that the seamless welded doors and windows have many advantages,such as high mechanical strength,good sealing performance,good decorative performance,etc.
