Study on application of safety technology in construction of hanging basket of prestressed concrete bridge

以某高速公路特大桥预应力混凝土箱梁挂篮施工为背景,对连续箱梁挂篮施工流程进行了分析;在合理采用挂篮施工工艺基础上,提出了挂篮行走的安全保证措施和专门的挂篮防倾覆措施,并对挂篮施工高空作业和已完梁段邻边做了安全设置,确保了预应力混凝土连续箱梁挂篮施工质量和安全稳定性。

Based on the construction of hanging basket for prestressed concrete box girder of an expressway bridge,the construction process of hanging basket of continuous box girder is analyzed.On the basis of reasonable application of hanging basket construction technology,the safety guarantee measures of hanging basket walking and the special hanging basket anti-overturning measures are put forward.And to the hanging basket construction high altitude work and has completed the beam segment adjacent side to do the safety setting.It ensures the construction quality and safety and stability of the prestressed concrete continuous box girder hanging basket.
