工程监理信息化管理系统的设计与应用

摘要 针对于铁路建设过程中出现监理工作标准化管理不到位、参建人员素质参差不齐、管理人员质量与安全意识淡薄、问题整改重视程度不足等问题,研发了一种基于问题导向的工程监理信息化管理系统,通过系统对于监理单位督促履职、对标检查、强化闭合、考试练习、辅助监理等功能提高了监理单位的管理水平与专业技能,从而为铁路工程建设的质量与安全提供有力的保障,并通过在莱荣、潍烟两个高铁项目建设上的实际应用验证其效果。 In this paper,a problem-oriented engineering supervision information management system is developed to solve the problems in the process of railway construction,such as inadequate standardized management of supervision work,uneven quality of participating personnel,weak quality and safety awareness of management personnel,and insufficient attention to problem rectification.Through the system for supervising units to urge takes office,to strengthen inspection,closed,test practice,supervision of auxiliary functions such as improving the management of the supervision company and professional skills,to quality and safety of the construction of the railway engineering provide strong guarantee,and through the Lairong,Weifang diesel smoke two high-speed rail project construction on the practical application to verify its effect.
