某大型钼尾矿强化回收铜精矿的试验研究

摘要 本文基于某大型铜钼矿浮选的钼尾矿进行铜精矿的强化回收研究,开发出一套合理工艺来提高钼尾矿中铜精矿的充分回收。通过多元素及岩矿分析,钼尾矿中铜品位为1.075%,硫化铜占比97.81%,含铜矿物呈微细粒连生导致回收困难。通过磨矿和浮选试验确定再磨细度-0.038mm占89%,采用氧化钙、丁基黄药、2#油的药剂制度,制定一粗三精二扫工艺,获得铜精矿产率为5.78%,铜品位为21.15%,回收率为72.86%的良好指标,满足三级品铜精矿的质量要求。 This article is based on the research of strengthening the recovery of copper concentrate from the flotation of molybdenum tailings in a large copper molybdenum mine,and develops a reasonable process to improve the full recovery of copper concentrate in molybdenum tailings.Through multi-element and rock mineral analysis,the copper grade in molybdenum tailings is 1.075%,and copper sulfide accounts for 97.81%.Copper containing minerals are difficult to recover due to the continuous growth of fine particles.Through grinding and flotation experiments,it was determined that the regrinding fineness of-0.038 mm accounted for 89%.The reagent system of calcium oxide,butyl xanthate,and 2# oil is used.A one-step rough selection,three precision,and two sweep process was developed,resulting in a copper concentrate yield of 5.78%,a copper grade of 21.15%,and a recovery rate of 72.86%,meeting the quality requirements of grade Ⅲ copper concentrate.
