Precision bias test is an internal quality control experiment in a laboratory used to evaluate the quality of laboratory analysis.A precision bias test was conducted on total phosphorus in water using ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry.The test results showed that the detection limit,accuracy,variation analysis of five solutions,and total standard deviation test of the monitoring project all met the internal quality control requirements of the laboratory.The test process was controllable,indicating that the laboratory has good quality management,and the quality of monitoring data was reliable.
