摘要
拉曼光谱技术由于其非接触、无损、快速、灵敏和选择性等优势,成为了危险气体泄露检测的热点研究方向。然而,目前市场上的拉曼光谱仪多为昂贵且复杂,不适合实际应用。本研究旨在研制一种高效、准确、实时的拉曼光谱仪,以满足危险气体泄露检测的需求。与市场上昂贵且复杂的拉曼光谱仪不同,本研究通过优化激光源、设计光路及开发光谱信号处理与分析算法,希望能够提高光谱仪的性能。因此,本研究的拉曼光谱仪具有快速、准确地检测和定位危险气体泄露源的特点。这将为工业安全生产和环境保护提供技术支持,具有重要的应用价值。
Raman spectroscopy technology has become a hot research direction in the detection of hazardous gas leaks due to its non-contact,non-destructive,fast,sensitive,and selective advantages.However,currently,most Raman spectrometers on the market are expensive and complex,making them unsuitable for practical applications.This study aims to develop an efficient,accurate,and real-time Raman spectrometer to meet the needs of detecting hazardous gas leaks.Unlike expensive and complex Raman spectrometers on the market,this study aims to improve the performance of spectrometers by optimizing laser sources,designing optical paths,and developing spectral signal processing and analysis algorithms.Therefore,the Raman spectrometer used in this study has the characteristics of rapid and accurate detection and localization of hazardous gas leakage sources.This will provide technical support for industrial safety production and environmental protection,and has important application value.
