摘要
为提高燃料电池重卡综合性能,首先确定了其动力系统构型方案,依据整车动力性与经济性要求对驱动电机、燃料电池以及动力电池进行部件选型和参数匹配,利用AVL Cruise软件搭建了整车物理模型。制定了一种基于模糊控制方法的能量管理策略,并在MATLAB/Simulink环境下建立模糊控制能量管理策略模型。通过MATLAB DLL方式实现了能量管理策略模型与整车物理模型的联合仿真。仿真结果表明所提出的整车动力系统设计方案和能量管理策略能够满足整车动力性并有效地提高了整车的燃料经济性。
In order to improve the comprehensive performance of the fuel cell heavy truck,the configuration scheme of its power system is determined firstly,the selection and parameter matching of the motor,fuel cell and power battery are carried out ac-cording to the power and economy requirements of the vehicle,the physical model of the whole vehicle is built by AVL Cruise soft-ware.An energy management strategy based on fuzzy control method is developed,the energy management strategy model of fuzzy control is established under MATLAB/Simulink environment.The joint simulation of energy management strategy model and vehicle physical model is realized by MATLAB DLL.The simulation results show that the design scheme of vehicle power sys-tem and the energy management strategy proposed can meet the vehicle power performance and effectively improve the fuel economy of the vehicle.
