摘要
为解决现有附着式升降防护平台在施工流水作业时存在干涉问题,提出一种带有避让装置的新型附着式升降防护平台,平台底部桁架采用“吊桥式”结构,并分析此结构的技术难点,提出技术创新点及施工要点。为验证空间桁架结构的安全性能,采用理论计算、有限元分析和试验检验互为校核验证底部桁架结构的强度与挠度。挠度计算值与挠度试验值误差均在15%以内,且在最大施工荷载下的最大挠度值小于10mm,误差值与挠度最大值均符合现行国家规范要求。计算结果表明该避让装置可有效解决防护平台在升降过程中与其他器械及局部凸出结构产生干涉的问题,保障施工安全,提高施工效率。
A new attached lifting protection platform what has a avoidance device is proposed to solve a problem that when the at-tached lifting protection platform work,it will be interference with other devices in the construction flow operation.The bottom truss of the platform adopts a“suspension bridge”structure,then analyze the technical difficulties of the structure,and put for-ward technical innovation points and construction points.Theoretical calculations,finite element analysis and experimental in-spection are used to verify the strength and the deflection of the bottom truss structure,which for confirm the safety performance of the space truss structure.The error between the calculated deflection value and the deflection test value is within 15%,and the maximum deflection value under the maximum construction load is less than 10mm,so the error and the maximum deflection value are in line with the current national standard requirements.The results of the calculation show that the avoidance device can effectively solve the problem of interference between the protective platform and other equipment and local protruding struc-tures during the lifting process,ensuring construction safety and improving construction efficiency.
