徐州市不同行业CO_(2)排放量测算及减排措施

摘要 在城市发展过程中,准确计算城市碳排放量对优化和指导CO_(2)减排路径至关重要。通过收集26年的徐州统计年鉴,运用碳排放因子法计算了徐州市化石能源、家庭燃气、水泥、钢铁、化工、电力和交通运输的CO_(2)排放量。结果发现徐州市1995—2020年各行业CO_(2)排放量情况为:化石能源消费CO_(2)排放量为2.765 18×10^(7)~1.335 63×108t,家庭燃气CO_(2)排放量为0.931×10^(5)~5.275×10^(5)t,水泥行业CO_(2)排放量为1.050 185×10^(7)~3.894 500×10^(7)t,钢铁行业CO_(2)排放量为0.565 9×10^(6)~8.195 7×10^(6)t,化工行业CO_(2)排放量为0.722 8×10^(6)~4.411 4×10^(6)t,电力行业CO_(2)排放量为0.690 87×10^(7)~3.339 01×10^(7)t,交通运输CO_(2)排放量为0.658 0×10^(6)~7.340 3×10^(6)t。徐州市政府应根据各行业CO_(2)排放特点,从加大政策扶持、加强碳汇利用、倡导低碳发展和研发清洁能源等角度合理制定减碳措施。 In the process of urban development,accurate calculation of urban carbon emissions is crucial to optimize and guide the path of CO_(2) emission reduction.The CO_(2) emissions of energy,household gas,cement,steel,chemical industry,electric power and transportation in Xuzhou were calculated by using the carbon emission factor method based on the 26 years statistical yearbook of Xuzhou.The results showed that the CO_(2) emissions of various industries in Xuzhou from 1995 to 2020 were as follow:the CO_(2) emissions of fossil energy range was 2.76518×10^(7)-1.33563×108 t,the CO_(2) emissions of household gas range was 0.931×10^(5)-5.275×10^(5) t,the CO_(2) emissions of cement industry was 1.050185×10^(7)-3.894500×10^(7) t,the CO_(2) emissions of steel industry was 0.5659×10^(6)-8.1957×10^(6) t,the CO_(2) emissions of chemical industry was 0.7228×10^(6)-4.4114×10^(6) t,the CO_(2) emissions of power industry was 0.69087×10^(7)-3.33901×10^(7) t,and the CO_(2) emissions of transportation was 0.6580×10^(6)-7.3403×10^(6) t.The government of Xuzhou should formulate carbon reduction measures from the perspectives of increasing policy support,strengthening carbon sink utilization,advocating low-carbon development and researching clean energy based on the characteristics of CO_(2) emissions in various industries.
