摘要
为解决1311工作面运输顺槽超前段单体柱+π型梁支护工序烦琐、支护强度低、支护速度慢、劳动强度大、安全性差等诸多问题,引进ZQL 2×3000/27/55型超前支架并进行现场工业性试验。试验结果表明:ZQL 2×3000/27/55型超前支架初撑力达31.5 MPa,可对运输顺槽超前段顶板构成有效支撑,完成一次降架、推移、升架动作循环仅需7~8 min,完全满足井下快速推进的需求,全年节省乳化油和人工费用3.18×10^(5)元,社会和经济效益显著。
In order to solve the problems such as the cumbersome process,low support strength,slow support speed,high labor intensity and poor safety of transporting single column+π beam in the advanced section of the 1311 working face,ZQL 2×3000/27/55 advanced support was introduced,and on-site industrial testing was conducted.The test results indicated that the initial support force of the ZQL 2×3000/27/55 type advanced support reached 31.5 MPa,which can effectively support the transportation of the roof in the advanced section of the trough;it only takes 7-8 min to complete a cycle of lowering,pushing,and lifting actions,fully meeting the demand for rapid underground propulsion;it saved 3.18×10^(5) yuan in emulsified oil and labor costs throughout the year,with significant social and economic benefits.
