摘要 接入新能源的电力系统,电网出现热稳定问题发生线路过载时,传统的安全稳定控制方法是通过切除部分机组解决过载问题,使电力系统恢复稳定。随着储能技术的发展和成熟,提出了1种优化的稳定控制方法。通过在储能厂站增加储能稳控装置,实现稳控系统与储能管理系统间的通信,实时接收储能当前运行状态、最大可充电时间等信息,根据线路过载设定的预控制策略快速调控储能充电。该控制策略既能解决线路过载问题,在保证电网安全稳定的同时又避免了切除新能源,提升了新能源消纳能力。 In the power system with renewable energy access,the traditional safety and stability control method is to solve the overload problem by losing part of unit to restore the stability of the power system when the problem of thermal stability occurs.With the development and maturity of energy storage technology,an optimization stability control method was provided.An energy storage stability control device is added to energy storage station to realize the communication between the stability control system and the energy storage management system,receive the current state,the maximum charging time and other information of the energy storage in real time,and regulate the charge and discharge of the energy storage according to the pre-control strategy set by the line overload.This control strategy can not only solve the problem of line overload,ensure the safety and stability of the power grid,but also further improve the absorption capacity of new energy and reduce the possibility of cutting new energy.
