共同富裕包括人民物质生活富裕和精神生活富裕。推进农民精神生活共同富裕,是实现乡村振兴、建设社会主义现代化国家的重要任务。其文化底蕴来源于中华优秀传统乡土文化,其理论渊源来源于马克思“人的全面发展”思想,其历史逻辑是百年来中国共产党对农民精神生活的重视。当前,农民精神生活共同富裕的现实困境主要是农民精神生活发展存在多重矛盾、农村精神文明建设水平较为落后、农村文化建设与文化事业产业发展滞后等问题。因此,我们要增强农民主体性作用的发挥、推进农村精神文明建设、推动农村文化建设和文化事业产业发展,推进农民精神生活共同富裕的实现。
