摘要
猫传染性腹膜炎(FIP)是一种对未成年猫致死性高的病毒性传染病。随着国内养猫人数的增加,猫传染性腹膜炎流行性呈上升趋势,目前缺乏有效的疫苗预防,对宠物猫健康造成严重威胁。本文结合一例幼龄德文短毛猫渗出型FIP病例,通过临床、影像学和实验室检查综合分析给予合理的治疗方案,并对猫传染性腹膜炎病毒(FIPV)病原特征进行分析,为FIP防治提供理论依据。
Feline infectious peritonitis(FIP)is a viral infectious disease with high death rate for juvenile cats.With the increase of cat owners in China,the prevalence of FIP is on the rise.At present,there is no effective vaccine to prevent FIP,which poses a serious threat to pet cat health.In this paper,a case of exudative FIP in a young German shorthair was analyzed comprehensively through clinical,imaging and laboratory examination,reasonable treatment plan was given,and the pathogenic characteristics of feline infectious peritonitis virus(FIPV)were analyzed to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of FIP.
